Luc Alain

Whether using acrylic, charcoal, pastel, or media such as black marker and graphite, Luc Alain (Sneuro), illuminates canvases and pages with his diverse talent. 

With over 30 years of experience as a painter and editorial designer, Luc is an emerging figure in the Outaouais artistic landscape, having only begun performing in person since 2018. A member of the Bureau du regroupement des artistes en arts visuels de l’Ontario (BRAVO-Est since 2023), as well as a member of the La Fab sur Mill Cultural Centre in Chelsea, Quebec City (since 2020), Luc exhibits regularly and actively promotes the visual arts in the greater Canadian National Capital Region.

A versatile artist residing in Gatineau, Luc has produced humorous drawings and editorial cartoons as a freelancer since 2003 for weeklies and magazines, such as the Low Down to Hull and Back News (MRC des Collines) and the Bulletin d’Aylmer.
