Frank offers a veteran's eye and a versatile skill set to interested clients. In addition to coloring prominent comic strips for Universal Press and Washington Post syndicates, he authors and illustrates infographics for Creators Syndicate.

Working digitally on a professional grade tablet, Frank creates whimsical, organic and free-flowing illustrations that are virtually indistinguishable from ink on paper.

Frank's roots, however, are in traditional media where he earned an MFA from SUNY at Buffalo.

A member of the National Cartoonists Society, this former professional sign artist is a Buffalo, NY, native and resides just north of his beloved hometown.
