Born in Cape May Court House, New Jersey, Joe Haskins attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia, 1994-1996 and received his Associates Degree in Animation / Multi-Media.

Later attending the University of Phoenix, 2009-2012, Joe earned his Bachelor's in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering.

Residing in Philadelphia, PA, Joe specializes in Back-End development and real-time web applications. His hobbies include illustrating, programming, and writing.
